DELICATONI is a musical project formed by Antonio Bettini, Smilian Cibic, Giorgio Manzardo and Claudio Murru. Interweaving elements of Italian music with jazz, pop, electronic and dance music, Delicatoni attempt to create a joyful, accessible and ecstatic sound experience.
So far, their discography, consisting of two EPs and one album, mixes elements of computer-music production with orchestral and acoustic elements, addressing a dynamic multiplicity of styles, both experimental and traditional, playful and serious, contemplative and interactive. A new album, Delicatronic, will be released in 2024.
DELICATONI’s creative direction also focuses on the production of visual and music-video content. Collaborating with film-makers and emerging artists, such as Lucrezia Vicedomini, Leonardo Devito, Vittorio dal Maso, and Nicolò Bassetto, the Delicatrons strive to share their founding idea of unity, joy, and spontaneity through a multimedia landscape
Their LIVE PERFORMANCE takes on different configurations and formats, from a 7-piece rhythm section formation to an electronic quartet. Visuals and animation combine with music to transport listeners into a multi-sendorial, aesthetic and sentimental dimension
